Bbot Inc is a technology company specializing in order-and-pay software that enhances the guest experience while streamlining operations for hospitality businesses. Originating from a simple robot prototype that delivered meals from kitchen to table, Bbot has evolved into a leading digital ordering system used by thousands of establishments worldwide.
As the COVID-19 pandemic accelerated QR code adoption, Bbot expanded its platform to integrate with delivery systems, POS platforms, and reservation software. This rapid growth revealed a common challenge among new business owners: tracking revenue and balancing income versus expenses to maximize profitability.
Responsibilities and Contributions:
Designed digital marketing collateral for web, email, and social platforms, increasing brand engagement and product visibility
Contributed to the design and layout of The Essential Guide to Revenue Growth, ensuring clarity, consistency, and alignment with Bbot’s visual identity.
Supported video production projects and remote film management for promotional content.
Provided administrative and scheduling support across marketing functions to ensure timely execution and cohesive communication.
Assisted in go-to-market strategies by aligning creative assets with business objectives and stakeholder feedback.
To help address this, Bbot’s marketing team developed The Essential Guide to Revenue Growth, a comprehensive workbook designed to help small business owners evaluate financial performance, optimize operations, and plan for post-pandemic recovery.
As Marketing and Creative Design Intern, I played a key role in shaping and producing this initiative, as well as supporting ongoing brand storytelling and campaign development.
The final workbook served as a strategic resource for small business owners navigating the challenges of post-pandemic growth. It reflected Bbot’s commitment to innovation, community support, and practical tools that empower hospitality professionals to achieve lasting success.
