PROBLEM
Limelight Records, Elon University's record label dedicated to showcasing emerging student musicians, sought to rejuvenate its brand identity following a hiatus during the COVID-19 pandemic. The previous logo was overly complex and lacked vector format, and the team needed a more versatile design with comprehensive color and layout variations to better represent their mission.
SOLUTION
I developed an updated logo and a refreshed visual identity, including complementary designs for their social media platforms. This new branding features simplified adaptable logo and icon variations, a modern typography set, and a cohesive color palette. The redesigned graphics incorporate elements inspired by lime triangles, ensuring the logo is clean, versatile, and suitable for use across various print and digital media, from advertisements to promotional materials.
