PROBLEM
Raleigh Area Children’s Theatre, a small business in north Raleigh serving hundreds of children for nearly a decade, faced significant challenges during the COVID-19 pandemic. Despite the uncertainties and difficulties, the theatre remained a beacon of positivity and safety, relying on the support of students, parents, and the community to navigate these turbulent times and demonstrate the strong bonds within the theatre family.
SOLUTION
The documentary "Finding Home" captures the resilience and unity of the Raleigh Area Children’s Theatre community, while also reflecting the broader connection among similar local theatres across the country. To promote the documentary, I developed a comprehensive marketing strategy that included a press release, a dedicated Instagram page, and a suite of promotional materials—such as a poster, business card, and postcard. These efforts effectively conveyed the inspiring story of Raleigh ACT and its vital role in the community.
